Trish McEvoy: Makeup Elegance

Once we’ve got our skincare routine rolling, it only makes sense to apply color products that will support our beauty goals. Think about it. Are you going for full coverage? Barely there? Holographic-ish eyes? Fuller lips? Dewier cheeks? Lashes for days?

I’d never limit myself to using just one brand. But after the age of 35, you start noticing which products tend to disappear on your face, settle into expression lines, or just look silly. For example, as much as I love sparkle (love!), I now opt for a more flattering sheen or pearlized luminizer instead.

I’ve been using Trish McEvoy lip glosses for years. I lived in her pretty shimmery rose until it was sadly discontinued. It wasn’t until recently that I explored the brand further. And I’m so beyond glad I did!

For winter, I love dabbing on her Beauty Booster Oil instead of foundation primer. If you like eye primers, run to get her Eye Base Essentials. And her mascara – amazing! It forms those “tubes” around your lashes so you won’t experience flaking or smudging. Looks like you’re wearing very natural lash extensions.

The Trish McEvoy Makeup Planners are also perfect for travel. They’re like notebooks filled with the makeup you need for every day. Even brushes! I love that everything she includes is actually usable. Gorgeous basics plus accent colors to help ensure we look like the best version of ourselves. Thanks Trish!

Need a quick gift? Pick up a Voyager 7 planner for any busy woman who deserves to look her best on-the-go. Great for a holiday boss gift!

Also available at Blue Mercury and HSN.

  1. I love this line. One of the few compositions that don’t change colors no matter how long you go between reapplication. Or even if you don’t at all.
