I loved the ease and wearability of Keri Russell‘s makeup at the SAG Awards last night in Los Angeles. Makeup artist Tamah Krinsky says the inspiration was “Modern day Grace Kelly… Classic with a little edge.”
The look was fresh and dewy skin with natural lips and a pop of color on her eyes. Easily replicable!
Below is a breakdown of the Lâncome products Krinsky used on Russell. GET THE LOOK…
SKIN: Russell’s skin was prepped with Absolue Precious Oil, then followed with Absolue Revitalizing & Brightening Rich Cream and Visionnaire Yeux. Finally a light layer of Prep & Hydrate Primer was applied to prime her skin for makeup.
FACE: Lancôme Skin Feels Good in 025 Soft Beige was applied with a soft brush and finger-tapped in to keep the look sheer. Blush Subtil in Cedar Rose was dabbed on the apples of her cheeks.
EYES: Brow Define Pencil in 06 Brown was used to lightly fill gabs in her brows. (Celebrities: Just like us!) The beautiful lavender and plum hues came from the Color Design 5 Pan Eyeshadow Palette in 300 Amethyst Glam. To soften to look, the base color from the Color Design 5 Pan Eyeshadow Palette in 500 Jade Fever was applied along her brow bone and in the crease of her eyes. Two coats of both Monsieur Big Waterproof Mascara and Definicils Mascara in Deep Black were applied on her top and bottom lashes.
LIPS: Russell’s look was topped on with a few coats of L’Absolu Lacquer Gloss in 236 Pour Toujours. Simply beautiful!

She looks beautiful!
I can’t wait to try and replicate the look.
I’d love to see the results. Post a pic here when you’re done. 🙂
Always been such a natural beauty – even when she cut all that gorgeous hair off. How I miss the days when that was our biggest national emergency . .
